Terms of Enrollment
Please read these terms carefully before enrolling in any programme at Running Jack ICT Academy.

Acceptance of Terms
By enrolling in any programme offered by Running Jack ICT Academy ("the Academy", "we", "us"), you ("the Student") agree to be bound by these Terms of Enrollment. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and the Academy.
If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you must not complete your enrollment or participate in any Academy programme.

Enrollment & Admission
Enrollment is subject to availability and the Academy's admission review process. Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance.
- All information provided during enrollment must be accurate and truthful.
- The Academy reserves the right to reject any application without providing a reason.
- Students must be at least 16 years of age to enroll unless written parental consent is provided.
- Enrollment is confirmed only after full payment of the tuition fee has been received and verified.
- A unique Student ID (RJ-ID) will be issued upon successful enrollment.

Tuition Fees & Payment
All fees are quoted in Nigerian Naira (NGN) and are subject to change without prior notice. The fee applicable at the time of enrollment confirmation will be honoured.
- Tuition fees are due in full at the time of enrollment unless a payment plan has been expressly agreed in writing.
- Payments may be made via Paystack (card), or bank transfer to the Academy's designated account.
- Bank transfer payments must include the student's full name as the payment reference.
- The Academy is not responsible for payments made to incorrect account details provided by third parties.
All Paystack card payments are processed securely and the Academy does not store any card details.

Refund Policy
We want every student to succeed. However, refunds are subject to the following conditions:
- Within 48 hours of payment: Full refund if the course has not yet commenced.
- Within 7 days of course commencement: 50% refund if less than 20% of course content has been accessed.
- After 7 days or 20%+ content accessed: No refund will be issued.
- Refunds for bank transfers may take 5–10 working days to process.
- Refund requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected].
The Academy reserves the right to make exceptions to this policy at its sole discretion.

Course Access & Content
- Upon enrollment confirmation, students will receive access to their enrolled course materials via the student portal.
- Course content is provided for personal educational use only and may not be shared, redistributed, or resold.
- The Academy reserves the right to update, modify, or remove course content without prior notice to improve quality.
- Course access is valid for the duration of the programme and up to 6 months after completion for review purposes.
- Students must not share their login credentials with any other person.

Student Conduct
Students are expected to maintain respectful and professional conduct at all times, both on the learning platform and in any Academy-affiliated communication channels.
The following are strictly prohibited:
- Harassment, discrimination, or abusive behaviour toward instructors, staff, or fellow students.
- Academic dishonesty including plagiarism, cheating, or submitting another person's work as your own.
- Attempting to gain unauthorised access to the platform, other students' accounts, or Academy systems.
- Sharing, recording, or distributing live class sessions without prior written permission.
Violation of the conduct policy may result in immediate suspension or termination of enrollment without refund.

Certificates
- Certificates are awarded to students who successfully complete all required lessons, assignments, and quizzes with a minimum pass mark of 70%.
- Certificates are issued digitally and can be verified online via the Academy's certificate verification portal.
- The Academy does not guarantee employment or any specific career outcome as a result of certification.
- Certificates remain the property of the Academy and may be revoked in cases of academic dishonesty.

Intellectual Property
All course materials, videos, slides, assessments, and content made available through the Academy platform are the intellectual property of Running Jack ICT Academy or its content partners.
Students are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the materials solely for their personal learning. Any reproduction, distribution, or commercial use is strictly prohibited.

Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Running Jack ICT Academy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or participation in any programme.
The Academy's total liability to any student shall not exceed the total tuition fees paid by that student for the relevant programme.

Changes to These Terms
The Academy reserves the right to update these Terms of Enrollment at any time. Students will be notified of material changes via email. Continued use of the platform after notification constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Nigerian courts.
